Dairy-Free Suavo Avocado® Caesar Dressing
Ingredients:
- 1.5 extra large Suavo Avocados®
- Juice of 3 Darling Lemons®
- ½ tsp. anchovy paste
- ⅓-½ cup avocado oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients except avocado oil in a blender.
- Start blending and slowly drizzle in the avocado until it reaches desired consistency. Add a splash of water if needed to thin.
